kwa Jina Gushungu Holdings inadaiwa kunyakuwa kipande hicho cha ardhi
chenye ukubwa wa hekari 23 katika eneo moja la makaazi ya mji wa Harare.Kanisa la Reform linasema kuwa ardhi hiyo inamilikiwa na kundi la shule zake la Eaglesvale.
Wakili wa shule hiyo Rodney Makausi aliambia BBC kwamba mwaka 2016 serikali ilichukua ardhi hiyo kwa nguvu.
Serikali baadaye ikaondoa madai yake baada ya swala hilo kuwasilishwa mahakamani.
